## How pricing works

Most warmup tools charge per email account. TrulyInbox charges for the warmup emails it actually sends, so you can connect as many accounts as you want. Pricing is based on total daily warmup email volume, not the number of inboxes connected. There is no per-inbox pricing on any paid plan.

- Billing unit: daily warmup emails are the total number of emails the AI can send and receive on your behalf each day across all your connected accounts. Higher plans allow more emails for faster warmup.
- Shared volume: your daily warmup volume is shared across every account you connect. With more accounts, each one receives fewer warmup emails per day. There is no hard limit on accounts for paid plans. To increase daily volume, upgrade your plan.
- Warmup ratio: warmup runs on a 2:1 ratio, 2 warmup emails for every 1 cold email, every day and ongoing. So if each inbox sends 50 cold emails a day, keep it warming with 100 a day. Add that up across your inboxes, then choose the plan that covers your total daily warmup volume.
- Reply rate: the percentage of warmup emails that get a reply. More replies build stronger sender reputation, and the higher it is, the more email providers trust your mailbox.
