- Does it actually help warm up your inbox?
- Is the cost worth it for the results you get?
This time, I am putting TrulyInbox and Lemwarm side by side to see which is better.

My Detailed Comparison of TrulyInbox and Lemwarm’s Warm-Up Capabilities
I tested both platforms by connecting a mix of new and old accounts for warm up.
I wanted to see two things:
The overall warm-up performance and whether any premium features actually helped improve sender reputation.
Here is what I found:
- My Experience With TrulyInbox
- My Experience With Lemwarm
- Key Differences And Limitations
- Which Platform Helped Me The Most
My Experience With TrulyInbox
TrulyInbox is simple and easy to set up.
You choose the plan that fits your needs, sign up, connect your email accounts, and start the warm-up process.

It is as simple as that.
Additionally, TrulyInbox also checks:
- If your authentication records (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) are set up correctly.
- And if your IP or domain is listed on any blacklists

These checks help you fix issues early so your warm-up has a clean start.
You can also customize basic warm up setting like:
- Number of emails to start sending
- Number of emails to increase every day
- Maximum number of emails to be sent per day
- And Reply rate.
These basic controls give you enough flexibility without making the setup complicated.
Coming to the results:
- The new accounts were fully warmed up and ready for outreach in 4 weeks.
When I tested their inbox placement, I got roughly 90%. - The old accounts took time, depending on the severity of the damage.
TrulyInbox was able to bring the inbox placement back to around 74%.
Note: TrulyInbox can recover accounts with some reputation damage. It cannot fix accounts with severe spam complaints or domains that are already blacklisted.
Now the cost:
To connect 12 email accounts, you can get the Growth Plan – $79/month
(You can connect up to 50 email accounts under this plan)

So effectively, you are warming up each inbox for around $6.6/month!
Overall, TrulyInbox can get you results at a cost-effective price.
Next Lemwarm!
My Experience With Lemwarm
In Lemwarm, I purchased both plans, Essential and Smart, to test the features properly.
The setup process is simple and similar to TrulyInbox.
Lemwarm also does basic DNS checks to check.
In the Smart plan, you get a few extra options.
You can send custom warm-up emails and also receive tailored warm-up content.

It does this by asking you some questions about your industry, your ideal customers, etc.

But here is the truth.
These additional features may look like a great addition on paper.
But in real use, they did not improve the warm-up quality in any noticeable way.
The inbox placement was almost the same with or without the Smart plan features.
Okay, now for the actual results:
I got similar results I saw with Trulyinbox
- New accounts took around 4 weeks and had an inbox placement rate of ~90%.
- Older accounts took time depending on reputation damage, and averaged around 72% inboxing rate.
The cost:
I purchased the Essential Plan for 8 inboxes and the Smart Plan for 4 accounts.
So I spent a total of $428/month.
(8 X $29/month + 4 X $49/month)

For the results I got, this felt expensive!
Especially when the Smart plan did not give any extra improvement in warm-up quality.
Key Differences And Limitations
With TrulyInbox, the plans were priced in a way that allowed you to scale while staying within your budget.
It does not add fancy extras that increase the cost.
Lemwarm, on the other hand:
- charges per inbox
- offers extra customization features that did not make a real difference in the warm-up quality
These are the major differences and limitations I observed between the two tools.
Which Platform Helped Me The Most
Between the two, TrulyInbox helped me the most.
The results were almost the same on both platforms.
Where the difference really showed up was in the cost.
- In TrulyInbox, I could warm up 12 email accounts on the Growth plan for $79/month.
- While in Lemwarm, I had to spend $428/month to warm up the same number of accounts.
So, though the performance was the same, the cost gap was too big to ignore.
That is why TrulyInbox turned out to be the better choice for me.
