TLDR and Quick Comparison of TrulyInbox Vs Mailwarm

Here is a quick 30-second summary:

Both TrulyInbox and Mailwarm can help warm up your email accounts and improve your sender reputation with email service providers (ESPs)

The major difference lies in the pricing plan.

  1. Mailwarm is expensive and allows you to connect only a limited number of email accounts per plan.
Starter plan – $79/month to connect 1 email account
  2. TrulyInbox lets you connect multiple email accounts for a flat price.
Starter plan – $29/month, warm up to 5 email accounts.

So, even though Mailwarm works, its cost makes it less practical.

TrulyInbox is more affordable, flexible, and scalable.

This makes it an ideal choice for solopreneurs, freelance lead gen experts, businesses, and agencies of all sizes.

Also, Mailwarm does not offer a free trial.

What TrulyInbox Is and Who It Is For?

TrulyInbox is an AI-powered email warm-up tool that is built for improving the sender reputation of your email accounts with ESPs like Gmail, Outlook, etc.

Best For: Solopreneurs, Freelance Lead Gen. Experts, Businesses, and Agencies of all sizes.

It does this by mimicking human sending and engagement behaviour like:

  1. Sending warm-up emails from your account to other reputable accounts at random intervals
  2. Opening your emails
  3. Building conversations through replies
  4. Moving your emails out of the Spam folder if they land there
  5. Marking your emails as important

All these actions gradually help improve your trustworthiness with ESPs.

By the end of the warm-up cycle, your email accounts will have a much lower risk of landing in spam when you start sending campaigns.

The biggest advantage of TrulyInbox is its pricing structure.

You can connect multiple accounts in each of its paid plans.

Plus, the plans are affordable, starting at just $29/month.

This makes it a far more practical solution and ideal if you are planning to scale outreach over time.

What Mailwarm Is and Who It Is For?

Mailwarm is a simple email warm-up tool that helps improve the sender reputation of your new and inactive email accounts.

Like other warm-up services, it also mimics human-like behaviour and creates positive engagement to build trust with ESPs.

Mailwarm is easy to use.

You connect your email account, enable warm-up, and that’s it. Mailwarm will take care of warming your accounts.

The major disadvantage of Mailwarm is the pricing.

It is very expensive.

Mailwarm can be used by anyone who needs to warm up email accounts.

However, when more affordable and scalable alternatives are available, it becomes hard to justify purchasing it.

My Test Results: TrulyInbox Vs Mailwarm in Real Use

To compare TrulyInbox and Mailwarm properly, I tested both tools on new and existing email accounts.

The goal was simple.
See which tool helped me efficiently warm up my email accounts and get my emails into the Primary Inbox.

  1. My Experience With TrulyInbox
  2. My Experience With Mailwarm

My Experience With TrulyInbox

I connected 10 email accounts with TrulyInbox for warm-up.

You can bulk-connect multiple email accounts by uploading a CSV file with SMTP details.

Once the accounts were connected, TrulyInbox started the warm up process immediately.

No manual intervention was needed to trigger activity.

You can also edit the warm-up settings to control how your accounts ramp up over time.

This was helpful as I could adjust the speed for older accounts that needed sender reputation repair.

TrulyInbox also performs basic checks that are useful before starting outreach, including:

  • IP and domain blacklist status
  • Authentication record checks for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

These checks help ensure your email setup is technically ready.

After 4 weeks of warm-up, I ran an inbox placement test to check improvement in sender reputation.

These were the results:

  1. New Email Accounts – 90% emails landed in the Primary Tab
  2. Old Email Accounts (with some sender reputation damage) – 74% emails landed in the Primary Tab

The total cost for this setup was $79 per month (Growth plan).

What stood out was that you can efficiently warm-up 50 email accounts in the same plan!

This significantly lowers the cost per inbox when you are working with multiple accounts or planning to scale outreach.

Next, I will share my results using Mailwarm.

My Experience With Mailwarm

The first thing that I noticed in Mailwarm is the pricing.

To connect 10 email accounts, Mailwarm costs $549/month (Scale plan)!

That is too expensive.

Even the lower plans feel expensive for what is being offered:

  1. Starter – $79/month (1 email account for warm up)
  2. Growth – $189/month (3 email accounts for warm up)

These prices cannot be justified for email warm up.

But my client wanted to proceed with Mailwarm, so I went ahead and purchased the Growth plan.

Apart from the pricing concern, Mailwarm worked as expected.

I let the warm up run for 4 weeks on new email accounts.

After the warm up period, I tested inbox placement and observed that around 90% of emails were landing in the Primary inbox tab.

So from a performance standpoint, Mailwarm does its job.

However, when you factor in the cost, it becomes difficult to justify purchasing.
