I have spent this whole year testing almost every warm-up tool out there
(Actual tests on new and old domains, and even ones with issues.)
I know:
- How these tools behave
- What sets them apart
- What they get right
- And where they fall short.
So I created a new series called “Top Pick” to share everything I learned.
My Goal: Help you choose a warm-up tool that gives you the best results.
In this blog, I am comparing TrulyInbox and Warmy.io.
Both promise deliverability improvement.
But the differences become very clear when you compare them side by side.

TrulyInbox vs Warmy – TOC
Quick Summary of TrulyInbox vs Warmy
Here is the TL; DR version of my blog.
TrulyInbox is the more practical and cost-friendly choice for almost everyone who needs to warm up at scale.
Results:
Both TrulyInbox and Warmy will help warm up your accounts and give the expected results.
- New accounts took 3 to 4 weeks to be warmed up completely.
- Older accounts with some reputation issues improved to some extent.
Major Differences in Features:
Warmy offers extra customization options. But these are only available at higher-priced plans.
TrulyInbox offers only basic settings to control your warm-up.
These basic controls were more than enough.
The premium customization features in Warmy hardly made any real difference in warm-up results.
Cost:
Warmy.io is extremely expensive and charges per inbox!
The price gets discounted when you add more inboxes. But the overall price is still too high to justify for most users.
You will have to pay $1,007/month to connect and warm up 12 accounts!
On the other hand, TrulyInbox is very cost-efficient.
- It does not charge per inbox.
- You can connect as many email accounts as you want under any paid plan.
This significantly reduces the cost per inbox!
You just have to pay $79/month to connect and warm up 12 accounts.
Moreover, you can safely connect up to 50 accounts under the same plan.
This makes TrulyInbox a far more practical choice for teams, agencies, and anyone managing many inboxes.
Here is a table for quick comparison:
| Comparision | Warmy.io | TrulyInbox |
|---|---|---|
| Starting Cost (monthly pricing) | $49/month/inbox | $29/month |

My Detailed Comparison of TrulyInbox and Warmy’s Warm-Up Capabilities
I connected a mix of new and old accounts with both TrulyInbox and Warmy.io.
I wanted to see:
- How fast and reliably they warmed up new accounts.
- If they were able to improve the inbox placement rate of accounts with damaged reputation.
- And if there were any clear shortcomings during daily use
Here is my full breakdown.
- My Experience With TrulyInbox
- My Experience With Warmy.io
- Key Differences And Limitations
- Which Platform Helped Me The Most
My Experience With TrulyInbox
TrulyInbox is very easy to use.
I connected 12 accounts through SMTP with just a few clicks.

Right after connecting, TrulyInbox ran a set of checks.
- It verified the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup.
- It also checked if the domain or IP was on any blacklist.
This gave me a clear view of account health before the warm-up even started.

You also get simple warm-up controls that help you manage the pace without overthinking.
Coming to the results:
- My new email accounts warmed up in about 4 weeks.
- My old accounts with damaged reputation also improved. The speed depended on the severity of the damage, but I did see steady progress each week.
When I tested my inbox placement rate, it was around 90% for my new accounts.
My older accounts recovered to around 74%.
Overall, the results and experience were as promised by TrulyInbox.
Next, I will share how Warmy.io performed.
My Experience With Warmy.io
With Warmy.io, I ran into a problem even before I started the warm-up process.
I planned to connect 12 email accounts for testing purposes.
The problem — Cost!
To connect 12 accounts, Warmy.io charges $1,007/month.

As it was extremely expensive, I decided to just connect 2 accounts.
(For which I had to pay $89/month)
Coming to the setup, I was able to connect my accounts and start the warm-up process easily.
Warmy also offers many customization options, but most are available only in the higher-priced plans.

With the basic plan, I got access to the basic warm up setting, which was more than enough.
The results I got were similar to what I got with TrulyInbox.
- The new email account took 4 weeks, and the inbox placement rate was 85 to 90%.
- The older account recovered to 70%.
Note: I connected 1 new account and 1 old account with some reputation damage.
The results were satisfactory, but the cost was not justified!
Key Differences And Limitations
The warm-up results were almost the same, so the main differences showed up in features and cost.
When it came to features, Warmy offered more controls.
But most of these were locked behind higher-priced plans.
TrulyInbox kept things simple with basic warm-up settings, and these were enough for steady results.
The cost is where the gap became very clear.
To warm up 12 accounts:
- TrulyInbox cost me – $79/month (Growth Plan)
- Warmy.io quoted – $1007/month (Business Plan)
That difference alone tells you where the limitation really is.
Which Platform Helped Me The Most
Both platforms gave me the result, but TrulyInbox was more cost-effective.
I was able to warm up 12 accounts without having to worry about the monthly cost.
The best part!
For the same price, I could still connect 4X (up to 50) more accounts!
In Warmy.io, even connecting 2 accounts was expensive.
Its high cost made it unrealistic for real use.

- Warmy also worked, but the cost made it hard to use in any real setup.
If you want an email warm-up platform that can get the job done without draining your budget, TrulyInbox is the better pick.
