Lemwarm is good at 2 things:
- Warming up your email accounts
- And charging you a premium for it
So I went ahead and tested multiple Lemwarm competitors.
I wanted to find tools that are:
- More affordable
- Sclabale. Can handle warming up multiple inboxes efficiently
- Deliver the same or better warm-up results
After testing over 10 options hands-on, I shortlisted 6 alternatives to Lemwarm that fit this criteria.
Note: I have also included a short list of tools that did not make the cut and why.
Lemwarm Alternatives – TOC
TL;DR: Summary + Comparison Table
If you are short on time, here is the quick takeaway.
- TrulyInbox is the best Lemwarm alternative if you want to warm up multiple inboxes (more than 2).
- If inbox placement testing matters along with warm-up, Warmforge and MailReach are alternatives you can consider.

A Detailed Look at the 6 Best Lemwarm Alternatives
Here is my list of 6 Lemwarm alternatives.
All of them are more affordable than Lemwarm.
Some let you connect unlimited inboxes. Others still use a per-inbox model, but at a more reasonable cost.
For each tool, I have clearly explained why it earned its position on the list, what it does well, and where it falls short.
1. TrulyInbox
TrulyInbox is the first Lemwarm alternative on this list.

Compared to Lemwarm, it is
- More affordable
- Built to scale warm up across multiple inboxes
- Consistent with warm up results
Why TrulyInbox Is the #1 Lemwarm Alternative for Affordable and Scalable Warm Up
TrulyInbox pricing is based on the volume of warm-up emails.
There is no limit on the number of inboxes you can connect.
So you can purchase a plan and add multiple inboxes.

Here is how the pricing difference shows up.
Lemwarm charges $29/month/inbox.
The maximum warm-up volume is 40 emails per day.
TrulyInbox’s Starter plan also costs $29/month.
But the maximum warm-up volume is 100 emails per day.
So if you use Lemwarm’s max limit of 40 emails inside TrulyInbox, you can warm up 2 email accounts under the same plan.

This is why TrulyInbox is more cost-efficient than Lemwarm.
Note: The Starter plan is more than sufficient to comfortably warm up 5 inboxes.
Warm Up Performance
Coming to warm-up results, both tools perform similarly.
I tested inbox placement on inboxes warmed up by both tools.
In both cases, over 90% of emails landed in the primary inbox.

Does TrulyInbox Fall Short Compared to Lemwarm?
Lemwarm offers additional features like:
- Personalized warm-up emails
- Custom templates for warm up
- Tailored warm up network based on your industry
These features are not available in TrulyInbox yet. That said, they are already on the product roadmap and are actively being worked on.
But there is a costly catch!
All of these features are only available on Lemwarm’s higher-tier plan, which costs $49 per month per inbox.
My opinion: The added customization does not justify the higher price.
So in practice, TrulyInbox does not really fall short.
Who Is TrulyInbox Ideal for?
TrulyInbox works best if you:
- Manage more than 1 inbox
- Do not want to pay extra every time you add an inbox
- Prefer a simple warm up setup without extra configuration
It is a good fit for:
- Founders and Freelance lead gen. experts
- Small and medium businesses that manage outreach in house
- Enterprises and agencies handling multiple email accounts at scale

TrulyInbox Pricing
TrulyInbox offers a 7-day free trial on the Starter plan.
It also has a forever-free plan.
You can use both to test and understand TrulyInbox before committing to a paid plan.
Once you are ready to scale, TrulyInbox offers 4 paid plans.
- Starter – $29/month
- Growth – $79/month
- Scale – $189/month
- Business – $289/month
If you manage more than one inbox, TrulyInbox becomes easier to justify very quickly.
2. Mailivery
The next affordable and scalable Lemwarm alternative is Mailivery.
Mailivery follows a similar pricing approach to TrulyInbox.
- Pricing is based on warm up email volume
- You can connect multiple inboxes under a plan
- Plans start at $29/month

So when you compare it with Lemwarm, the advantages show up in the same areas, such as pricing and scalability.
That said, it offers lower warm up email volume on its higher-priced plans compared to TrulyInbox.
That is why I have placed it in the second position.
Does Mailivery Fall Short Compared to Lemwarm?
Not really.
Mailivery focuses on cost efficiency and scalability.
That makes it a strong alternative for most warm-up use cases.
Lemwarm does offer more customization.
But the higher pricing makes it hard to justify unless those features are essential.
Who Is Mailivery Ideal for?
Mailivery’s use case is also similar to TrulyInbox
It works best if you
- Manage less than 5 Inboxes
- Prefer a simple warm up setup without extra configuration
It is a good fit for
- Founders running outbound on a small scale
- Freelancers handling client outreach
- Small teams warming up multiple inboxes without aggressive volume needs
Mailivery Pricing
Mailivery has 3 paid plans:
- Starter – $29/month
- Professional – $79/month
- Business – $199/month
3. Warmforge
Warmforge is an email deliverability tool from Salesforge.
It offers both email warm-up and inbox placement testing. These are available as separate features with separate pricing.

Warmforge also follows a per-inbox pricing model.
But it is still more affordable than Lemwarm.
Plans start at $12/month/inbox.
This makes it easier to test warm up without committing to a higher spend upfront.
Does Warmforge Fall Short Compared to Lemwarm?
There are a couple of limitations.
Warmforge supports warm-up only for
- Google Workspace accounts
- Microsoft 365 accounts
- SMTP or IMAP accounts purchased from Infraforge or Mailforge
This is the main constraint.
Warmforge also does not offer advanced customization features like Lemwarm.
But the context matters.
Warmforge starts at $12/month/inbox. Lemwarm’s advanced features are available on a $49/month/inbox plan.
At that price difference, the trade-off feels reasonable.
Also, Warmforge includes 1 free inbox placement test every month.
This makes Warmforge more valuable than Lemwarm if you want basic deliverability visibility along with warm up.
Who Is Warmforge Ideal for?
Warmforge works best if you
- Want both email warm up and inbox placement testing in one tool
- Are fine with per inbox pricing
- Use inboxes from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Are already considering or using the Salesforge ecosystem
Warmforge Pricing
Warmforge chargers $12/month/inbox.
Inbox placement testing is priced separately.
So you can choose to pay for placement tests only when you need them.

4. Warmup Inbox
Warmup Inbox is a dedicated email warm-up tool.
It charges per inbox, but the entry-level pricing is lower than Lemwarm at $19/month/inbox.

Does Warmup Inbox Fall Short Compared to Lemwarm?
Warmup Inbox actually offers more customization than Lemwarm on its higher-tier plans.
You get features like
- Higher daily warm up email limits
- Custom warm up templates
- Warm up by topic
- Warm up in a specific language
- ESP specific warm up
The catch is pricing.
These features are available only on the higher-tier plan, which costs $59/month/inbox, higher than Lemwarm.
Who Is Warmup Inbox Ideal for?
Warmup Inbox works best if you
- Want a simple warm up focused tool
- Are comfortable with per inbox pricing
- Do not need advanced customization from day one
Warmup Inbox Pricing
Warmup Inbox has 4 paid plans
- Basic – $19/month/inbox
- Pro – $59/month/inbox
- Max – $99/month/inbox
- Pro Bundle – $46/month/inbox (5 Inboxes)
For most use cases, the Basic plan will suffice.
5. MailReach
Another email deliverability-focused Lemwarm alternative on my list is MailReach.
You can use MailReach to warm up your email accounts. It also lets you test inbox placement.

MailReach charges per inbox.
Pricing starts at $25/month/inbox.
As you add more inboxes, the per-inbox cost goes down. This makes MailReach slightly more reasonable when scaling with multiple inboxes.
Does MailReach Fall Short Compared to Lemwarm?
MailReach does not offer warm-up customization features like Lemwarm.
But it makes up for that in another way.
MailReach includes inbox placement testing. You get up to 20 free placement tests every month.

And when you factor in pricing, the picture becomes clearer.
Lemwarm’s extra features come at a much higher cost. So, for most use cases, that added spend does not bring proportional value.
Overall, MailReach does not really fall short for most use cases.
Who Is MailReach Ideal for?
MailReach works best if you
- Want inbox placement testing along with warm up
- Do not need advanced warm up customization
- Are fine with per inbox pricing
MailReach Pricing
MailReach’s pricing plan starts at $25/month/inbox and decreases with every additional inbox you want to warm up.
6. Warmbox
Warmbox is the last Lemwarm alternative on my list.
It uses a different pricing structure compared to the other tools.
Instead of pricing by volume or strictly per inbox, each plan lets you connect a fixed number of inboxes.

The Base plan costs $19/month and lets you connect 1 inbox.
As you move to higher tier plans, you can connect more inboxes. When I calculated the effective cost, it came to around $26.3/month/inbox.
If the pricing feels a bit awkward to you.
I felt the same way while reviewing it.
That said, it is still less expensive than Lemwarm, and it gets the job done.

Email Warm Up Tools That Did Not Make the List
I tested and reviewed several other email warm up tools while working on this comparison.
These are some well known options, but they did not fit the focus of this article.
- Mailwarm
- Warmy.io
- Folderly
- InboxAlly
Most of these tools fall into one of these categories
- Too expensive for simple warm-up needs
- Poor scalability when warming multiple inboxes
- Warm up is bundled as a secondary feature
Choose the Best Lemwarm Alternative and Start Warming Up Your Inboxes
At this point, the choice should be clearer.
All the tools listed above can warm up your email accounts.
The real difference is how they price, scale, and justify upgrades.
Here is a simple way to decide.
- If you want to warm up multiple inboxes (more than 2), TrulyInbox is the most practical option.
- If inbox placement testing matters along with warm up, Warmforge and MailReach are solid choices.
Once you know how many inboxes you plan to warm up and whether placement visibility matters to you, the right Lemwarm alternative becomes easy to pick.
FAQs on Lemwarm Alternatives
1. Which is the best Lemwarm alternative?
In my opinion, TrulyInbox is the best Lemwarm alternative because it works with all top ESPs, lets you connect unlimited email accounts for warm-up, and comes with a forever-free plan.
It is the only Lemwarm competitor that aligns with the needs of all types of businesses.
2. How do you select the best Lemwarm alternative?
To select the best Lemwarm alternative, I suggest making a checklist of all the email warm-up features you need, such as personalization, affordability, and compatibility with different ESPs.
Then, you can select the Lemwarm alternative that checks all the boxes.
3. Why should I look for Lemwarm Alternatives?
There are no reviews of Lemwarm on sites like G2 or Trustpilot, so I turned to Reddit (apart from using the platform myself).
I got to know two things: there is no free plan, and Lemwarm charges you based on the number of inboxes you warm up.
So if you’re managing multiple inboxes or just want to test the waters before committing — Lemwarm might not be the best fit.
