Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Affiliate Program Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the TrulyInbox affiliate program (the "Program"), operated by Ikigai Infotech LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering for the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll in or use the Program.

These Terms exist to protect affiliates, TrulyInbox, and the customers referred through the Program. Please read them carefully before registering.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

The Program is free to join and open to individuals and businesses who agree to these Terms. Approval is at our discretion and typically completed within 24 hours of registration. Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link to track your referrals.

We reserve the right to reject any application or remove any affiliate from the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

3. Commission Structure

• You earn a 25% recurring commission on every payment made by a customer you refer, for as long as that customer remains subscribed to TrulyInbox.
• Commissions are calculated on the actual amount paid by the customer, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
• A referral is only credited to you when the customer signs up through your unique referral link. Verbal or unlinked references do not qualify for commission.
• Commissions are not payable on discounted or promotional sales (e.g. seasonal or site-wide discount campaigns) unless we state otherwise in writing.

4. Prohibited Activities

To keep the Program fair for all affiliates, you agree not to:

• Refer yourself, or use your own affiliate link to purchase a TrulyInbox subscription
• Bid on paid search ads for "TrulyInbox" or any confusingly similar branded or competitor keywords
• Run paid social ads that link directly to the TrulyInbox website using your referral link
• Impersonate a TrulyInbox employee or officer, or falsely claim an official affiliation
• Send unsolicited bulk emails, spam, or mass posts to promote your referral link
• Use misleading, false, or deceptive claims about TrulyInbox or the Program to generate referrals
• Attempt to game tracking, attribution, or payout mechanics in any way

Commissions generated through activity that violates these Terms will not be paid, and we may terminate your Program account at our sole discretion.

5. Payment Terms

• Payout method: Commissions are paid via PayPal only. You must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payouts.
• Payout schedule: Payouts are processed monthly.
• Waiting period: Each commission becomes eligible for payout 60 days after the referred customer's payment is received, to account for potential refunds or chargebacks.
• Minimum threshold: A minimum balance of $50 is required before a payout is issued. Balances below this threshold roll over to the next payout cycle.
• Refunds: If a referred customer's payment is refunded or reversed, any commission tied to that payment is forfeited or deducted from your balance.

6. Attribution and Referral Tracking

We use a 90-day attribution cookie. If a prospective customer clicks your referral link and subscribes to a paid TrulyInbox plan within 90 days, the referral is credited to you. Attribution is based on the last valid referral link clicked before signup.

7. Term and Termination

You may leave the Program at any time by notifying us. We may suspend or terminate your Program account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, any commissions earned in compliance with these Terms up to the date of termination remain payable, subject to the waiting period and minimum threshold described in Section 5. Commissions tied to activity that violated these Terms are forfeited.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, including commission rates and payout terms, at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Program.
