Refund Policy
TrulyInbox offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. This page explains when a refund applies, what is not eligible, how to request one, and how refunds are processed.
1. Refund eligibility
We want you to be happy with TrulyInbox. You can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase (your first payment) in these cases:
- Technical issues: a bug or technical problem stops you using the service as intended, and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Dissatisfaction: you are not satisfied with the service.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window:
- Email support@trulyinbox.com from the address on your account, or use live chat in the app.
- Tell us the reason for your request and include any relevant screenshots or error messages.
- Our team will review your request and may ask for a little more information.
- If approved, we process your refund using the method in Section 4.
3. Refund timeframe
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 days. It may take a little longer to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Refund method
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, our payment provider. If you paid by card or PayPal, the refund is credited to that same method. If you paid another way, our team will arrange the best refund method with you.
5. Exclusions and limitations
- Subscription renewals: we do not refund renewal charges. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your renewal date. See How to Cancel Your Subscription.
- Violation of terms: refunds are not granted where our Terms of Service have been violated or the service has been misused.
- Not following standard warm-up practices:we do not issue refunds when a user fails to follow standard warm-up practices. This means: no simultaneous outreach during the initial warm-up phase, no sending above the prescribed limit of 30-50 emails/day/inbox, and only beginning simultaneous outreach once the “Ready for Outreach” status appears on your dashboard.
- TrulyInbox uses Paddle for payments and Paddle charges transaction fees. In case of refunds, transaction fees will not be refunded.
6. Cancellation and access
You can cancel your subscription at any time. See How to Cancel Your Subscription for the steps. Cancelling does not refund the current billing period, and in most cases your access continues until the end of that period. If a refund is issued, your access to TrulyInbox ends once the refund is processed.
7. Data deletion requests
If you would also like your account data deleted, mention it in your request or see our Privacy Policy. We handle deletion in line with that policy.
8. Questions
If you have any questions about this policy, email support@trulyinbox.com or use live chat in the app.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Please check this page for the latest version.
